Clairisée Shipping Policy

The products offered in our store are shipped by our international suppliers directly to the address provided during checkout on our website.

Our shipping method, called “Free Shipping”, has a fixed cost of £0.00 and takes between 10 to 15 business days (after the product has been shipped), depending on the location. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 6 business days after payment is confirmed in our system. We provide a tracking code to allow customers to monitor their order’s delivery status.

Important: In some cases, the delivery timeframe may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, high-demand periods, or other situations beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Most orders (approximately 99%) placed on our store are delivered by Royal Mail to the address provided by the customer without additional charges. However, in rare cases, the order may be subject to customs duties. If this happens, Royal Mail will send a notification to the address provided at the time of purchase, informing the customer that the product has been taxed. This notification will instruct the customer to go to the designated post office to collect the package and pay the required tax.

In this specific situation, we recommend the following:

1.2 – Go to the post office mentioned in the notification and collect your package. We are not responsible for refunding any taxes or customs duties.

1.3 – Postal Fees

All orders placed on our store are international shipments dispatched from our distribution center outside the UK and may be subject to these fees. As stated in 1.2, these charges are the customer’s full responsibility.

Payment Confirmation

After purchase, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on payment gateways and banking network regulations.

Order Processing

You will receive your tracking code via email at the address provided during checkout. This code will be sent within 8 business days after payment confirmation.

Product Delivery

It is essential to check the products upon delivery and refuse the package if the packaging is damaged or shows signs of tampering. In this case, please inform our Customer Service immediately.

Products arriving in the UK go through customs clearance before being delivered to their final destination. The delivery is handled by Royal Mail, but in certain cases (recipient unavailable, restricted delivery areas, etc.), Royal Mail may leave a notice requesting the customer to collect the package at the nearest post office.

For orders containing multiple products, items may be shipped separately, and a tracking code will be provided for each product.

As this is an international order, tracking information on the Royal Mail website may take 5 to 20 business days to appear after the tracking code has been provided. Any damage to the product during transport is the responsibility of the postal services.

Customer Responsibility

The delivery address must be carefully checked by the buyer before confirming the purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the costs will be borne by the customer. If the product is not collected from the post office after a failed delivery attempt, it will be returned to the sender abroad.

Taxes and Customs Duties

As imported goods, all products may be subject to customs formalities or taxes. Clairisée is not responsible for any additional charges (taxes, fees, or duties) imposed by the government on your order.
